Clayton Comfort with Classic Character

City living meets the countryside in Clayton, a small community of just over 10,000 people. Located at the northern base of Mount Diablo, the quiet country lanes lead to contemporary and traditional estate homes on large parcels of land.  For nature lovers, Mount Diablo offers an extensive network of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Just outside of town, the Lime Ridge Trail leads through the rugged hills of the open-space preserve.  Civic events are popular in this family-friendly town, including the 4th of July Parade, the annual Oktoberfest celebration, and the Clayton Counts Down New Year's Eve celebration. The Art and Wine Festival features craftsmanship from many local vineyards and artists, and the Concerts in The Grove series in The Grove Park bring hundreds to the plaza from May through September. The Grove Park also features a farmers market and a playground for kids.
